Welcome to the Industrial Court website.


    I am delighted to inform you that the Industrial Court received the Excellence Award for Financial Audit, the Award for ICT Strategic Achievers and was awarded second place for the best website in the public sector last year.

    The focus this year will be on expediting the disposal of ageing cases.  Parties must make a firm commitment to appear at the Industrial Court on the hearing dates.

    I thank our partners in the administration of justice for the cooperation which they have given us.
